I had out going and incoming mail and no mail carrier even came by my box. You all should not post a telephone number on the web site because they do not answer it all day long. I have live at this location for 50 years and I still keep in touch with some of the retired mail carriers and they tell me that the phone over there just rings and rings and ho one will answere it. I wonderful what happen to my incomg mail yesterday. Did they put in in someone else box or just throw it away when they got back to the station with it. I have battled with this post office ever since they took Latrinia Rundtree off of my route without even having a replacement. They just use people from other stations or anywhere they can get one. Does it make since to change a route and no plan for the customers they took off .

Well it has happen again. Mail Carrier did not even come by my mail box today. I had outgoing and incoming mail. So where was the Carrier today. I tried to report the problems at this post office but I think they think it is me. You call call all day long but they will never answer the phone. Can't someone help me get my mail picp up

Avent Ferry Post Offlce You can never reach them by phone You never know who the Station Manager is because I think they change them like the wind changes. Everthing was good until the took my mail carrier Latrenia Roundtree off but did not have anyone to replace her. So they get someone usually from another station to run my route after the other carriers get back in from their route because they tell me they don't hae enough mail trucks. Sometimes it is at least 8 oclock before they bring my mail. I have a security system and I really don't want anyone around house that late in the night. I tried to get some help by calling 1-336-668-1235 and they assign me a case # 80885411 and a rep. by the name Consuelo Robbins call me but I felt she had made her mind up that I was wrong before she calledl.
