I have had problems before about my mail not being picked up from my home to the post office in Pinnacle. Here we go again! I put mail in my box Tuesday morning at 9:15 am. When I checked my mail at 9:30 pm it was still in the box. Saturday the 21 I put mail in the box again. It’s now 9:15 and it was still in my box Saturday night. What is going on? This has happened more than one time.

I have lived on volunteer rd for 21 years. I have never experienced such poor mail service. Our mail wasn’t picked up again as of 8:30 last night. The flag is still up this morning I have spoken to the postmaster previously about this. Please do something about this. It’s making our bills not being paid on time.
