I 80+ years old and have not been able to get to this post office and my son works while they are open and had not been able to get there either. I called there this morning with several issues I want to have looked into and after the phone rang 50 times with no answer I hung up. I then called the US Postal Inspection Service customer care center and was on the phone 24 minutes with an automated speaker who I could not get through to and who eventually hung up on me. I am extremely frustrated and have several issues I would appreciate someone looking into including being harassed for an unpaid bill.
