Can’t call and talk to a person about issues . Very difficult to get in touch/contact with a person . New in town and very disappointed so far with the customer service . Its a zero so far

Trying to contact someone at the post office in Mocksville NC 27028 . Called (336) 751-2011and nobody answered the phone . Called 1 (800) 275-8777 automated and couldn’t speak with a representative . Very disappointing and hard to get a person to talk to about my issue . I just moved to 260 Macy Langston Lane Mocksville NC 27028 . The previous people living here were Alex and Kathryn Gobble . They do not live here and I don’t want to keep getting their mail . Mary Bradshaw mail is also coming to this address more often than not . I do not know who these people are or where they live . Please stop delivering their mail to me @ 260 Macy Langston Lane Mocksville NC 27028 . I left a note in the mailbox stating they do not live here but mailman continues to deliver their mail here . Please stop delivering mail to me that is not mine . Thank you . Also there should be a phone number to call to talk to a person about this issue. Easier to explain . 252-717-7055 is my number . Name is Mark Howard , please call me or answer this email to tell me what to do with their mail as I don’t know what to do with it . I put return to sender . Is that the correct thing to do ? I don’t want these people coming to my house and looking in my mailbox for their mail .HELP.
