Why is our mail being delivered so late or not at all on a daily basis? Our post man delivered at 7:00 PM last night! We also had mail to be picked up a few days ago and with the flag up, it did not get picked up for more than 5 days!!!! Please explain! Judy Peschard

There was a time, when you could count on the mail beng delivered and picked up. Mailboxes have a flag that flips up so that the carrier would stop, grab the outgoing and then put the flag down. Our carrier drives right on by if they do not deliver. I wouldn't compalin if it was once in a while but it happens most of the time, which then means, I have to drive to the PO to drop. Maybe we just have an incompetent lazy carrier or maybe the post office no longer provides pick up service. Either way, it is not the postal service we grew up with.

We have had issues with mail never showing up after we have received informed delivery notices. (And I don't mean that day, I mean never received). The items have included very important pieces of mail as well as medication. I went to the Leland post office to speak with someone about our concern. She informed be that I "need to speak with a supervisor, but that they were too busy to talk to me." I confirmed that they were too busy to speak with a customer who had concerns, and she replied, "Yes, they are too busy". Seriously POOR customer service above and beyond the missing mail!!"

This pertains to mail delivery from this post at my apartment complex. A few weeks ago, I had been notified, at 4 separate times, that 4 packages had been delivered to my mailbox. Each time I checked my mailbox, and each time no packages were found. At the end of the week, I checked my mail and there was a key inside for one of the parcel lockers. When I opened the parcel locker, I found the missing packages. Today I have, once again, been notified of a package delivered to my mailbox and no package has been found. It should be noted that my apartment complex has a package room and I have found on multiple times that a package I was expecting was put in the section and I had to sort through many packages to find mine.

The mailbox (multi-box) for 2464 Tara Forest Dr is unsecure. This is not the first time the whole bank was left open. I hope I'm not missing any mail. Please educate the mail carrier of the proper way to secure the mailbox (use a key). Thank you.

No one answers the phone. I scheduled 2 mail pick up request at normal delivery time. The postal driver has not picked up for 2 days. I received an email notification saying that the package has been picked up (it was not). I thought the Post Office had to scan the package in since it has tracking. One they do that, it should then tell me it has been picked up. Terrible system. I've tried to call this post office to find out why this is happening, and no one answers the phone.
