I would like to recognize Laurie for the help received this afternoon when inquiring about an undeliverable package. Laurie could not have been any nicer and didn't hesitate to go look to see if the package was still in the office, which it was. To have someone willing to help customers this day and time is very refreshing and should be recognized for their service.
