I absolutely dread coming into this post office but unfortunately, it's the closest to my office in Colfax. Over the past 4 years, I have had the displeasure of having to deal with the rude lady that works the behind the counter that should be nominated for having the ugliest attitude on earth. I just don't understand how this has been accepted for as long as it has. The extent that she goes to be rude to customers is just ridiculous. Shame on you all for allowing this treatment. I do not work at the post office so therefore, if I have questions regarding certified mailing, deliveries, etc, I should be assisted by the staff without getting dragged and scolded. Shame on management for allowing this treatment to go on for as long as it has because based on what I've seen, this has been going on for quite some time.
