Not sure but I keep getting my next door neighbor's mail and have for a long time now. It seems like there is a frequent changeover in our postal carriers. It's not like the old days when your neighbor got your mail, they would take an extra step and bring it to you. Those days are long gone...just like everything else. Most of the time, they are talking on their cell phones.
