I am getting real tired of paying for stuff and never getting it! I have all my mail delivered to my work address so there is no excuse. I have seen tracking showed del at 9:00pm and we are closed at 5:00pm. I have seen tracking showing the parcel out for delivery all day and then a carrier delay at 6:00pm and then nothing. they have cost me hundreds of dollars.

Hello, my name is Dennis Daley and I live at 787 Whispering Hills Rd., Boone, NC. I'm looking for mail that was supposed to be delivered on July 18 which included papers to complete my passport. Also, mail that was supposed to be delivered on July 21 which included my vehicle registration, plate sticker and Real ID. I talked to the mail carrier on July 24 and was told that he had been on vacation for the last week and a half. I then went to the post office on July 24 and asked where these items were and was told they were very short staffed and were still sorting past mail. I asked what I could or should do, if there was a phone number I could call and was told no. Phone # 520-554-8534.
