I was notifiedby amazon that my order was delivered and put in a parcel locker Nov 13 I went in to pick it up on Tuesday Nov 19 and there was no key or note referring to the parcel locker and was told to go to the Kent Street post office they may have put it on a self. And they didn't have it so i contacted amazon and they replaced the order and the notice I received said it was delivered and put in a parcel locker on Nov 21, I went today Nov 22 and again there was no notice so I traveled across town to the Kent street post office and they double checked and said it was delivered to usps 59808. So again I traveled back across town and went to the counter and low and behold they found both orders and said the key was put in the wrong box. This happened twice in as little as a week and half. And while I was waiting there was another customer beside me that had the same problem saying her package was delivered and she had no key and the clerk without checking told her to go to the Kent post office they probably had it. This is not very efficient way to run a business...very unhappy with the way this was handled
