I’m sure this complaint will fall on deaf ears but I need to let the Kalispell Postmaster about this incident. Our address is ‘50 Whitetail Meadows Rd, Kalispell 59901’. June 27,2026: Our mail delivery guy actually returned an important package I had ordered without even putting the package in our mail box. Seriously. No joke. It was electrical equipment that I needed for our electrician to install. Now I will have to have the electrician to make a second trip, costing another $200+ for him to drive out again. When my wife asked him to speak to regarding the problem, he said, “Call whoever you like. I don’t care”. And no apology for his rude attitude or that he made a mistake by returning our package without even delivering the package. That delivery guy needs a reality check and a pink slip. Please find another delivery person.

This post office is so screwed up. They keep sending mail to my mail box for the former tenant even though she gave them a forwarding address. I’ve left notes that she moved, I’ve written on her mail that they have her forwarding address on file and yet they still keep putting her mail in my postal box. How incompetent can they get? They are horrible.

I am trying to located a pkg that I sent 10/27/2025 from Richland Washington. I sent the pkgs to the following address and they have never received the pkg. 9505-5264-9756-5300-3601-12 and 9505-5264-9756-5300-3601-36. The boxes are clothing for my Great Grandson and Grandson. The packages are insured for up to $100.00 which is included. My Grandaughter is planning to go to the post office Monday November 3 to expedite the boxes. I have tracked and they said that they could not deliver the boxes. We don't know why because Amazon delivered boxes the same day to this address. You help is appreciated....

I would like to report a broken mailbox door in our cluster of boxes. It’s one of the large parcel doors. The box is being used as a garbage can. Location is Empire Loop at Stillwater and Buffet. The number on the pedestal is 3-003. Thank you.

I have received 2 notices my packages can't be delivered to my daughter from Amazon because your workers are liars and won't do their jobs and drive down the driveway to deliver the packages. The mailbox is empty, so that excuse is a lie, and they should drive down the driveway to deliver the packages. They are lazy and not doing their jobs. Worst Mail service ever. It happens all of the time. The tracking number is 9361289720920870839661. The address is 100 block crest ct. It is rural. Do your effing jobs.
