I don't know who to contact to complain about my mail delivery. My husband passed in April and he received many donation requests . We went through and wrote on the forms and mailed them back. Then I got some random ones so I just marked deceased on them. The lady delivering my mail took it upon herself to mark all the mail coming in his name deceased, causing me to miss some important mail. When I questioned her about it she was rude, and told me not to mark anything deceased and she would deliver the mail. I live at 3100 8th Ave NO. I feel she should have only sent the ones back that I marked, and not the ones to be delivered.
