And here I am again. You have one review from 2023 and it’s my review! So I couldn’t just tell you to read that review again because it pretty much says what I’m about to say. Do we have a new mail carrier, because our mailbox was skipped yesterday and I had a package going out. Déjà vu. How do you in good conscience raise rates and offer worse service? I run a small business and I depend on postal delivery and pick up but apparently your carriers pick and choose which boxes they’re going to deliver to or pick up from. My normal carrier the usual carrier is excellent. She would not have missed the box. If I ran my business the way the Postal Service runs theirs, I’d be out of business. Y’all don’t answer your phone probably because of complaints, so this is the only recourse I seem to have. Please do better.

I am wondering why my mail was not picked up today. It is Monday and it is 6:07 PM. My mail was left in my mailbox before noon and the postal worker apparently skipped my road. Do they pick and choose which days they go down which roads now? I am not happy about this as Mother’s Day is coming up and this was an important piece of mail that needed to go out today.
