I'm 70 years old and we have the worst service I have ever had from the Florence MS post office. 2 recent items mailed and never delivered. Water bill mailed in mail box. Water company never got it. The other mailed first class at the Florence post office. Was never received. Mailed carrier needs to be fired or please move him to another route. He is so sorry and will never make an effort to deliver packages that want fit in mail box. Not just me it's everyone in this area.Please correct this situation. Worst post office ever.
