Rating is on the delivery of one specific mail carrier, not the entire office/location. There is a postal carrier that delivers on days that Jarrod is not able to is always extremely rude. I do not know his name, but he is tall and bald. I work in a medical office, and he will practically elbow patients or push them out of the way trying to drop it on our counter. Often we have outgoing mail but he does not want to stop long enough for us to take the 5 steps to grab it. Let me just say that Jarrod is always a pleasure.
