Several issues: The first is that your drivers, too frequently do not pick up the outgoing mail, even though there is a large sign on the outgoing box saying Take the Outgoing Mail. This Is unacceptable -- if they are delivering mail, they can surely pick up the outgoing mail. If I have to pay late fees on any of my accounts because of the delays being caused by this activity, I'll ask you to reimburse me. Second, why does no one answer the telephone in your facility when I call? What is the problem with this facility? I rate you below, and would have gone lower if available. The address here is 970 N. Spoede Rd.
