This branch never answers the phone. I think in all the years of me calling there to discuss a situaton regarding my mail , I may have spoken to someone once. I call first thing in the morning when they open and the phone rings several times and then it hangs up. When you go in, the line is always long, and the staff acts like they dont want to help or like you are bothering them. The professionalism is out the door. I work with the public and have for years and this is not how its done. The staff is NOT engaging at all. I It would be nice to see a staff of people that are grateful to have a job behind the counter as well as happy to hear the phone ring so they could answer (that ensures employment) .
