This post office employees are unprofessional,rude,lazy,mean and racist! We had an appointment for passport renewal @ 1.15, we showed up at 1.15, waited in the line for 1 hour and 45 minutes because they were serving some other customers, when our turn came the attendant asked if we had any appointment, after showing the text message, he said we’re late and he can’t do anything about it. Although he saw us waiting for such a long time he refused to serve us, and just overlooked our presence, waiting,demand and stop answering any questions. Tried to reach out to the postmaster, but he didn’t seem to be interested talking with us. Horrible service! I was helpless, frustrated, and left the office without any solution! May god help them!
