I've lived at my address for a little over two years. Within the first week of my living in my new house....Riverside Grove..communal mailbox....A package was jammed into my mail slot and was damaged as a result of that. I saw the mail carrier the next day and chastised him....pretty hard, actually. Well, it's happened again. Jamming a pkg into the slot and I CANNOT get the pkg out. Pardon my swearing, but W T actual F. I worked for UPS for 25 years, so I'm aware of delivering and customers and irritating and all that, but COME ON! I, for real, can't get the pkg out of my mail slot. What to do? Also, no one EVER answers the phone at your location. Nancy Hawkinson 8518 Grove Circle
