I need to track a "delivery" from Handi Medical aand I need to talk to someone who can use a tracking number to find where an order was deliveresd to!!!

Case #25846533 Office of Ombudsperson for Families I spoke with someone weeks ago about our issue with mailing letters to the state legislature. I was informed the case was closed; however, it was still being researched. I tried calling the Roseville Station, which services the state capitol, at 6516310628 and no one answered, it in fact hung up after 4 minutes of ringing. We haven't received an explanation for the significant non-deliverables/return to sender letters bouncing back to us, when they were properly addressed and the recipient is a current, serving member.
