Hi…..I just want my packages delivered to me, not my neighbor one street over. I had 2 deliveries today, I went to grab them in my mailbox and nothing. So my neighbor has them who checks their packages every 2 weeks or so. I have confirmation of the deliveries and now have to wait. Also I’ve had mail dropped on the ground by your mail man/woman that left it out on the open for the public to grab. Thank god the neighbor I know saw it and brought it to me. It was a new debt card due to fraud and my mortgage statement. Shame on you!!!!!

Just to let you know. I stopped in at the Apple Valley Post Office last Friday. It was one of the most pleasant visits I have ever had at ANY post office. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I know you are short staffed and I am sure you receive complaints. I felt you needed to hear something positive. Thank you for the great service!

Complaints about poor postal service goes nowhere. We've been dealing with this issue for at least the past 3 years. Meanwhile packages are lost, stolen, crushed, or soaked.

This has to be one of the worst post offices in the Twin Cities south metro. Never enough staff to handle walk-ins - EVER! It's now been 5 days since any mail has been delivered to my address - I was told today that it's because people are out sick. Not my problem - get replacements in from somewhere else and deliver the mail! This is unacceptable and I'm sick and tired of my tax dollars subsidizing this organization's poor service year in and year out.
