A couple weeks ago I came into Lost Lake Post Office and filled out a form to change our address. We moved to Minnetonka. My name is Beverly Fishman. Our new address is 2129 Sherwood Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55305. Our old address is 2730 Quaker Lane, Plymouth, MN 55441. We have not received any forwarded mail yet. Please call me. My phone is 763 593 9902. Can you PLEASE let me know why the mail is not being forwarded??

I am trying to call this branch to speak with someone . . . the prompt says that I am being transferred to an operator, but after ringing for a few minutes it just gives me a busy tone. I have tried calling four separate times, nobody picks up, no voicemail.

I wish to thank the postal carrier who delivered a package to my address this morning. He deserves special thanks from me because he rang my doorbell when he delivered it. He showed extra care and concern because of the weather and that little bit of courtesy is very much appreciated . I have limited mobility and it helped me be aware of the delivery. I very much appreciate the show of kindness from an employee who deserves more than just thanks. I do not know his name but please pass this on to him.
