Delivery is undependable, erratic or nonexistent. Just atrocious.

No wonder our mailwoman is so lousy. She showed up with our packages when my dogs were out. I came out and told her they were friendly and that I will bring them in the house. She overreacted and yelled that she didn't care what I do and drove down the driveway and dumped the packages at the end of the driveway. I called to complain about her inappropriate behavior and the manager came up with her own idea of what happened and acted like the actions were appropriate "if she was scared" of the dogs. There was no reason for her to be scared of them with me there saying they are friendly and the fact they came to me right away. The manager had no clue what really happened, just made up a scenario to justify a person who cant communicate and acts like a nut job.
