I spent two vacation days waiting to accept an adult signature package, Still have not been able to accept it. Being physically limited, it takes me some time to reach to door if someone knocks. The P.O. has to list a specific time frame when the item can be delivered, or wait long enough for me to reach the door, which can take a few minutes!!!

I’ve taken the last two days as vacation leave in order to receive an adult signature package. All I end up with is a notice on the door that they tried to deliver it and no one was present. I have been here both days! When trying to call the post office directly, no one answers the phone. I am now out two vacation days and yet the package still has not been delivered. What is up!!!!!

On 11/4/22, I dropped two pieces of mail in the drive through mailbox at the Burnsville post office which I have done many times without issues, and, made sure both pieces went all the way into the box. One piece of mail was going to Duluth, MN and the other going to Sun City, AZ. One of the pieces of mail had a check enclosed. Neither location received their mail so I'm making the assumption that the problem was at the Burnsville post office (hope I'm wrong because I've normally never had a problem there). It ended up costing me $20 to stop payment on the check. So sad because the people working behind the counter are wonderful and so helpful - 5 stars for them!!!
