tried to call many times but no answer, very disapointed !!

For the 2nd time this year we have not had mail delivery for over 10 days. When calling for information, we get transferred to the operator, who never answers, and after 3-1/2 minutes the phone hangs up. We get no help when visiting the post office and are told there is no way to pick up our mail because there was no public access. We have missed several important pieces of mail. Also this past year, we had two important identification items missing for our mail. Driver license and SSA form 1040. All this and no help or information from any postal employees.
