Today is a Holiday, but the Lobby was open. Both the hopper and the package slots for mail were LOCKED UP TIGHT so I couldn't drop off my packages. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. If it is a new policy, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE. And both phone numbers I tried only gave me the run around or a Robot that can't understand English .

good afternoon, who is responsible for changing out the drive up mailbox? it is both dangerous and inconvenient to use (so typical of the government to make a decision that hurts the people who actually pay for the service) other post offices have the former mailbox. sincerely
