A hold has been put on our mail. And for the last two days, mail carriers are coming to our mailbox. We have images on our camera catching them as they come on the porch. Try to call. But call is ended before being able to speak to someone, and voice-mail is unavailable. Service is pitiful.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding all the mail carriers that deliver mail to my home. I am sick and tired of putting mail in the box to go out. Which seems to never get picked up. The flag is up mail carriers walk right by. I am disabled I have one good leg and that one doesn’t always work so I cannot drive to a post office park my car, get out and walk into the post office to take care of my business. I am really tired of having to pay someone to drive me to the post office to take care of my business when I can’t drive myself. It cost me so much money just to send out a letter because of the neglect and downright I don’t care attitude of the mail carriers that are in my neighborhood. I can’t even call the post office because know when their answers the phone.
