AS I stated in an earlier e-mail, my rural route carrier in the Alger area, Louie, continues to deliver and pickup the mail in this area later and later. Yesterday (Aug. 19, 2024) the mail pickup and delivery was not until after 7p.m. . It does not give the customers confidence that our mail is going out in a timely manner. Saturday ( 8-17-2024) the weekend mail was delivered by 12 noon by the substitute carrier.

Why is our postal service delivery and pickup so late every day. It almost 6 p.m. now every day except on weekends when there is a substitute?
