I’m sorry but for whatever reason it seems like large packages are not being held for customers to pick up and are just being returned. It’s been my understanding that if a large package arrives the postal customer receives a slip in their box in order to claim it. Several things that I have sent to my brothers po box just get rejected by your office! Unacceptable service
