I am a rural customer and I seem to be having problems with the timely pick up and delivery of my mail. Just recently I put several envelopes in my mailbox to be picked up. The mail was put in the box by 10:00 AM and the flag was raised. My rural route delivery person usually does not pick up or deliver mail before afternoon, sometimes it is after 5:00 PM. My mail was never picked up on that day. This has happened several times. In addition, I often receive multiple pieces of mail after not receiving any mail for several days in a row.
