This online filling and giving said information are a lot of nonsense! I went to My Postal Location, and I went online to do a change of address but there is no record of this. When I when online and put in My credit card information it took My Money and when I went to My Post office and showed My information at the ending of filling out the necessary paperwork for a change of address the agent took My ID and told Me this process will take about 3 to 4 weeks. I went to My Post office because there was no record of Me filling online now it's no record of Me coming to the Post office! I'm totally lost because I have very important mail coming in and I need this mail. I done everything that was told to Me, but the Post office and the people there not doing their jobs correctly! HELP IN THE MOTOR-CITY!!!!!!!
