Mail has not been delivered consistently for the last month. Is there a new delivery schedule I’m not aware of or just issues with personnel? Today I received a package and nothing else. There should have been two days worth and nothing was delivered. I’m getting tired of getting a mail box full of newspapers and catalogs two or three times a week. Crandall road location.

Trying to get my package redelivered, but can get NO assistance. Was supposed to be redelivered today (8/27/24) but it wasn't. Tracking says it's at the Battle Creek post office for pick up. I WANT IT DELIVERED!! I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 30 MINUTES WAITING FOR SOMEONE THERE TO ANSWER. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

I wonder what it is coming off with the postal service. Sat we got half the mail informed delivery said we were supposed to get (our w-2s missing) and after 7pm. Today I saw the lady around the corner at 10 am and still nothing. I have some important stuff coming and have no idea what is coming off. 108 Winston Dr Battle Creek 49015. Thank You
