THis post office continuously loses and misplaces express mail and packages. I had a express letter delivered on Saturday 09/03 at 11:35 am and it ius not in my PO box nor did I get a notice to sign for it. According to my tracking it must be picked up by today 09/07, yet they can't locate it and have not "received" it so they say. However, the distribution center states it was scanned in my PO office on Saturday 12:45pm, so why is it Wednesday and I have not yet gotten my notice from Fidelity that was delivered. I reached out to several managers and supervisors and all I get is attitude and no justification for missing mail. This is not the first time, not only am I missing an important notice, I am constantly getting other people mail in my PO box just because we have the same last name ( but the PO box is different. This is ridiculous
