I have a complaint regarding your representatives delivering the mail. Several times the person is walking thru the neighborhood on their cell phone on speaker. Very loud almost yelling and often using profanity or person they are talking to is. I work from home and with windows open, I've actually had people in my meeting asking what was that? I understand this may be a mundane task but this was never an issue with the prior older mail handler. I would expect some degree of professionalism in your mail handlers. Thank you.
