In July I dropped off a hold mail ticket for August 6 through August 13 and stated that I would pick up this held mail on August 15. Two days after I dropped off the ticket I discovered that my mail was being held at this time..... July , not August. A very nice gentleman apologized and said that this issue would be corrected. I don't know his name, but he has long black hair and is of a different nationality. Well, I went down at 9 AM on August 15 to pick up my held mail only to be told by a young lady that there was NO hold mail request!. All my mail from the past week had been crammed into my tiny little mail box. When I asked if my mail was in my box I was told, "Probably". Not a good reply. We go days sometimes with no mail delivery and now this. I know that you are probably short handed and stretched to the limit, but your customer service at this office leaves a lot to be desired.
