I am currently in the hospital and need my mail picked up My daughter drove there yesterday to do just that. She had ID. She also had text message in her phone from me to do so. She was told it was illegal for her to pick up my mail. Really? Your drivers deliver somelivone else's mail to my home very often. Is that illegal as well??? I will be in the hospital for almost 3 months because of a broken pelvis. If my bookkeeper or my daughter in law can't get my mail, who will pay my bills? I have lived in Townsend for over 46 yrs and we no longer have any personalized service from this branch of the post office. Yet the cost of your "service" constantly goes up.
