I was relieved to learn the Danvers MA Postmaster finally returned my call and that he is already familiar with complaints about how rude Luis is and that he promised to speak with him to get this under control. He apologized for belatedly returning my call for he had heard I expected a refund. I never asked for any such thing. Scam artists had sold me counterfeit stamps and I wished to return them for the benefit of postal inspectors who wish to continue their investigation to catch the counterfeiters.

The USPIS told me that I could drop counterfeit stamps I accidentally purchased along with my report at any branch of the post office. I called the Danvers PO to have them confirm for me that is their understanding too. I was told they would check with the postmaster and return my call. They have not. I called again and as usual no answer at the phone. Thanks for nothing.
