On 04/01/2024 (1:12 PM), a mail carrier rang my doorbell, dropped off a package to a doorstep, and got back to his truck. During that same time, I opened the door, saw him getting back to his truck, and found my package had the large opened corner. I believe someone attempted to open/check the package. Today, I tried to call a supervisor at USPS in Charlestown, MA 02129 at 617-884-4048 and 857-588-0110 numerous times unsuccessfully (the phone disconnected automatically). I've been reporting about "opened mail" incidents to a supervisor in Charlestown, MA before. He did ask me to let him know if I experienced that again. Now, I'm unable to reach a supervisor by phone or send the photos of the opened corner of the package to him. It'd be nice if there is a live person answers the USPS telephone or provides a supervisor's name and email address on the USPS website for a specific location so the customers can email that supervisor directly without wasting his/her time to call the phone numbers which have no response. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
