you received an international package on the 15th April, it was sent from hammond post office LA70401 by mistake, delivery address is LA70403, but instead of delivering they sent it to you, you for some unknown reason sent it to atlanta distribution center where it has remained probably lost, so thank you for not doing your job properly no doubt I will not get an apology but you should be trying to get the parcel back and rectify your mistake, tracking number is LE518136872GB, parcel is from julia perry stourbridge DY8 5HW england uk, to linda thrasher rocker hammond LA70403 , KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR MISTAKE

I called to try and find a package that has been lost since Nov. 26th and the last place in the tracking was your location. The individual who answered the phone first advised me that "they did not lose it"... and then proceeded to make references to the area that I was not familiar with. She used referenced "Mississippi, New Orleans, and I was confused and asked for clarification, as I am from MN and was not familiar with your area. She hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. And I still don't know where my package is.
