Requested several times. No change in service. 70433 Several houses on block have gotten neighbors mail several times. They just walk over and deliver to correct address. Please reply with how you are going to correct this ongoing problem. #350 Orchard Lane. Moved in 09-08-23. One year later still getting mail for previous family members (Osburn). I have begged to only deliver mail for the “Spain”and “Wurtzel” families. I also keep getting mail for 358 neighbor. I am on a walker, so she has been walking over to pick it up. These problems have been given to USPS on several occasions and to various employees by phone and email. If this problem is not resolved before the date that I moved in one year ago, 09/07, of course I will seek help from the Federal Government. of the USPS. In the meantime, I would like an email from the local PO explaining why this problem has not been corrected. I was last in contact over the phone with an employee who listened to the situation and said it would be corrected.
