No wonder USPS is going bankrupt! I have confirmation from USPS that my package has been at this location available for pickup for 2 days but when I go into the location they tell me it isn't sorted yet and they don't have time to find it!! It is a gift and they close during the week before I get off of work, so Sat. is the only day I can go in. Forget calling because you can't speak with a human at all and the tracking tells me my package is there, so I can't even report a problem. Then trying to chat online to resolve the issue, they want to charge me!!! WTH??? WORST OPERATION EVER! Have been in there 3 times and still don't have my package. Would rate as negative stars if I could!

Hello I am an assistant manager for an apartment complex in the Lyndon Area. We have not gotten any mail delivered in over a week. We have had several residents come in asking why. I made a special trip up to the post office to find out and the guy at the counter was very rude and would not explain anything. This is people's federal mail and also the holidays. Please take care of this!
