This branch used to be very professional and the workers were helpful. That’s not the case any longer. I’ve been shipping parcels at this location for at least 15 years. If I ever needed extra tape to secure a box they were always happy to help. Today I forgot to add extra tape on top of my address label to ensure that it didn’t come off in transit. The young man who was laid out over the counter and playing on his phone when I walked in told me that I needed to buy a whole roll of tape if I wanted a piece of tape. Needless to say I left.

Walk-in Passports are done by appointment only. I can not get anyone to answer the phone. Going 30 min now.

The mail and the peninsula subdivision has still yet to run, I understood Monday, but Tuesday most of the city got mail, but we still haven’t had our run. The biggest issue is no one will ever answer the phone.
