My 91 year old father has a POB at the West Mineral, KS Post Office. The last two times that a package has been delivered to the this post office, my father was notified by email that the package arrived. Each time when he went to the west Muneral KS Post Office to retrieve the package he was told by the male Postal Clerk adamantly denied that there was not a package there. After proving to the guy that he had notification on his phone, the guy said “well let me check again” and then came back carrying the package. The Post Office is in a town of less than 300 people and is the size of a postage stamp. I find it hard to believe the clerk would not be aware of or be able to locate a package that arrived at this Small Post Office!!?????
