Hello, I visited the Westmont Post Office on 12/19. I was disappointed to hear and see that Regan (spelling?) was not patient with your elderly customers. She was rude to them, cutting them off, and treating them like an idiot. I saw this with 2 elderly customers, one male, one female. The one gentlemen didn't even understand that he was being disrespected and he even complimented her. Working with people isn't easy, especially during the holidays. Please remind your staff to respect elders.
