Put in a temporary change-of-address request in Jun 2023. Mail continued to be delivered at the original address. Taped a copy of the request form inside mailbox. Some mail was forwarded. Now we are back to having the mail delivered at the original address, not the forwarding address. In addition, mail for other people is being mis-delivered to the mailbox. Tried to contact post office. Phone just rings and rings, then I get a busy signal. This is a terrible situation and I don't have a way to fix it.
