This post office is very inefficient and has lost six checks in the past 18 months. In another instance a check came back to me as undeliverable. it was for my cell phone bill which has gone to the same address for 20 years. It took 3 weeks to get a water payment from the post office to village hall in Hoffman Estates. a whopping 5 minute drive.. In another instance my payment for my prescription drug plan took almost 4 weeks to deliver. Several payments for church donations and my condo association payments have been lost. The latest incident is my payment to NICOR. Check is MIA after 21 days. Why is this happening? . I asked your clerk if I could get confirmation that mail had been delivered. I was told yes, but there would be a charge for certified mail or a certificate of mailing. This means I have to pay extra to see to it that YOU DO YOUR JOB properly!!! What is wrong with that picture? If I could rate you minus stars I would!
