What a terrible place filled with the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Do not go here if you plan to get a passport. The lady at the Passport desk is the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She should lose her job immediately the way she speaks down to people. She would have been fired a long time ago at any other position that isn't a government job. From the minute we walked in, she was bitching at us about something and everything. Learn to speak kindly to people. It's pretty easy, especially when getting a passport, where all the information could be more straightforward. The only good part of the visit was that my young kids could see rude people in real life, and we could teach them a lesson about dealing with people like that.
