Incredibly rude staff that actually yells at you and talks over you if you take a second too long to find a tracking number. They also lost my package and have refused to look for it or do anything about it. It’s been almost a week since my package was supposed to arrive, and every other location can confirm it was scanned at this location. Have never had to deal with staff as rude as the staff here. Literally any other Champaign and Urbana USPS locations are a million times nicer. calling is a hard time too. they constantly will leave you on hold, last call i made, the phone call went over 90 min before i gave up. After numerous phone calls, they reported to me that they lost my package and have no intentions of finding it and were very unapologetic about it lmao.
