I keep calling this branch to try to get an appointment for a passport photo, and no one answers the phone. It’s not clear from available information if I need an appointment to do that, but it does appear so. When I call, and wait on the line as the automated voice instructs, the line just rings and rings and then eventually disconnects. I’ve tried three times. The main USPS number is no help.
