I have a complaint. I use the USPS Informed Delivery service. Twice, I have been notified that I am receiving my Menards Rebate, but both times they were not delivered. I believe someone, either at the sorting facility or somewhere between there and my home is stealing them. I have no idea who is doing this, but I think the postmaster needs to be aware of this problem. Surely this is happening to others.
